Important Notes

• Arrival Time: Please arrive at the concession stand around the time your selected game begins.

• End Time: Plan to stay through the end of the game.

• Volunteer Requirement: Each family is required to work at least one game during the season.

• If no sign-up is made, a game will be assigned to you, and you will be notified via Remind or email.

• Families may sign up for any game, regardless of the league your child plays in. (Example: A T-ball parent may choose to work a 10U or 12U softball game if it better fits their schedule.)
